Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, please review and follow our campground rules. Thank you for helping us keep Sunset Rock a great place for everyone!
General Rules
- The property of Sunset Rock RV Park is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Sunset Rock RV Park is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, fire, or theft to the property of a person, camper or guest, by any cause. Each camper or guest is responsible for having their own insurance to cover any losses they may incur.
- All guests must register at the office upon arrival. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
- Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the campground. Please drive slowly and watch for children.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
- All visitors must leave by 10:00 PM unless registered as overnight guests.
- The campground office hours are posted at the office. Please check in during office hours.
- Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave who does not comply with campground rules. No refunds will be issued for early departures due to rule violations.
Sites & Camping
- Each site is limited to one camping unit (RV, camper, or tent) unless otherwise approved by management.
- Seasonal campers must keep their site clean and well-maintained at all times.
- No permanent structures, fences, or alterations to sites without prior written approval from management.
- Outdoor rugs, mats, and decorations are welcome but must be kept neat and tidy.
- Firewood may not be brought in from outside the campground to prevent the spread of invasive insects. Firewood is available for purchase on-site.
- Fires must be contained in fire rings or fire pits only. Never leave a fire unattended. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving your site or going to sleep.
- No open burning of trash or prohibited materials.
Vehicles & Golf Carts
- All vehicles must be parked on your site or in designated parking areas. No parking on roads or grass.
- Golf carts and ATVs must be operated by licensed drivers only. No one under 16 may operate a golf cart.
- Golf carts must follow all campground traffic rules including the 5 MPH speed limit.
- Reckless driving of any vehicle will result in immediate removal from the campground.
- Motorcycles and ATVs may not be ridden recreationally within the campground.
Pets
- Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times when outside.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.
- Pets must not be left unattended outside or tied to a site without supervision.
- Aggressive or excessively barking animals will not be permitted to remain in the campground.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area, bathrooms, or any campground buildings.
Pool & Recreation
- Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
- No diving, running, or rough play in or around the pool.
- Pool hours are posted at the pool entrance. Please observe posted hours.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- Proper swim attire required. No cutoff shorts or street clothes in the pool.
- All recreation facilities (gym, arcade, billiards, etc.) are for registered guests only.
Noise & Conduct
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Loud music, generators, and excessive noise are prohibited during quiet hours.
- Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behavior toward staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the campground.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted on your site and in designated areas. Public intoxication will not be tolerated.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Trash & Cleanliness
- All trash must be placed in designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash bags outside your site.
- Recycling is encouraged. Please use the recycling bins provided.
- Gray water must be disposed of in designated dump stations only. Do not dump on the ground.
- Keep your site free of clutter and debris at all times.
Payments & Reservations
- Payment is due upon arrival for overnight guests. Seasonal fees are due per the agreed payment schedule.
- Reservations may be made through RoverPass or by contacting the office directly.
- Cancellation policies are outlined at the time of booking. Please review before reserving.
- Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
